Responsibilities:

  • Report to HR Director and supervise a small team to work as HR business partner to the designated accounts
  • Assist the HR Head to drive and execute various HR projects to support the business growth
  • Manage Management Trainee and Graduate programs for the purpose of employer branding and building up the candidate pool
  • Ensure HR initiatives are effectively communicated, interpreted and executed
  • Review and streamline current workflow to enhance work efficiency
  • Compile HR reports and analysis for management's review

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified, minimum 8 years of generalist experience in a related capacity within sizable organizations
  • Passionate, energetic and strong business acumen
  • Possess strategic thinking and strong project management skills in implementing policies and systems
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
