Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team and provide professional and effective HR services to all departments of the company
  • Liaise closely with senior management on strategic HR advice and planning such as manpower planning, organizational design, etc.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies and responsible for recruitment & selection activities to cope with the business expansion
  • Handle staff enquiries and provide professional HR solutions
  • Guide department heads and line managers on performance management process
  • Design and implement employee engagement and staff relations programs and activities
  • Assist the HR Director on corporate HR strategic planning

Requirements

  • Degree holder of Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years' solid HR experience gained form fast-paced sectors
  • Successful track record in multiple new headcounts hiring for business expansion
  • Effective communication skills with experience in providing HR advisory service for senior management
  • Fast paced, proactive with a strategic mindset
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
