Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of C&B duties including payroll, allowance and OT calculation, benefit administration, MPF, taxation and leave management
  • Supervise the subordinates and ensure payroll are calculated and processed in a timely manner
  • Prepare regular HR reports and statistics by extracting data from Oracle for management review
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HRM or relevant discipline with min. 6 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in retail/FMCG or manufacturing industries is a strong advantage
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Hands-on experiences in using Oracle/Peoplesoft is highly preferred
  • Detail-minded, well-organized and sensitive to numbers
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English and Chinese
