Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, performance management and employee relations
  • Manage full employee life cycle from recruitment and selection, on-boarding, engagement and development to off boarding
  • Work on various annual exercises including salary review, incentive scheme review, performance appraisal, employee survey, etc.
  • Work with Managing Director to set up the company policy and HR handbook
  • Be responsible for office administrative work whenever necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, minimum 6 years of HR generalist experience
  • Highly organized and result-oriented; able to work in a start-up environment
  • Passionate, energetic and strong in problem-solving
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
