Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full range of HR activities including but not limited to Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and Training & Development
  • Be the focal contact point of employees for all HR enquiries and provide effective and professional solutions
  • Provide strategic HR planning and advice to senior management coping with the growth of business
  • Coordinate and execute various HR programs of Talent Development, Employee Engagement and Cultural Change
  • Review and develop HR process and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of HR operation
  • Assist the HR Director on driving different HR initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree holder of Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
  • 10-14 years of all rounded HR experience gained from sizable corporations
  • Hands-on experience in handling full range of HR tasks and activities
  • Successful track record of maintaining an effective and accurate HR operation
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Proficient computers skills in MS Office applications
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
