Responsibilities:

  • As department in-charge to supervise a team of 2 to provide full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, succession planning, performance management and employee relations
  • With reference from Group level, formulate and execute HR initiatives to drive employee engagement and help build a strong corporate culture
  • Work closely with department heads to ensure HR provides sufficent support for the operation and business growth
  • Review HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with labour standard as well as company goals
  • Provide counselling service and handle staff cases

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience gained within hospitality
  • Resourceful, organized and result-oriented; able to work in a matrix environment
  • Passionate, energetic and creative
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)and English
