  • Be the strategic advisor to General Manager and senior stakeholders on HR strategic planning and initiatives
  • Lead one subordinate to provide full range of daily HR services to the business operation
  • Organize staff engagement and employee relations programs
  • Handle staff cases such as dispute and disciplinary cases, injury cases, etc.
  • Lead annual HR practice, coordinate with group HR teams and external vendors on salary benchmarking and review exercise
  • Coordinate and implement corporate HR programs and projects initiated by the group HR team
  • Participate in ad hoc tasks and activities such as injury cases, staff dispute cases, etc.


  • Minimum of 10 years of solid HR experience, preferably gained from the Hospitality & Catering sectors
  • Proven track record as a strategic HR business partner in fast-growing companies
  • Hands-on experience in full spectrum of HR tasks
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to work independently
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
