Our client is a prestige luxury brand form Europe. To cope with their expansion across HK and Macau, they are now looking for a HR caliber to join them

Responsibilities

  • Be the strategic advisor to designated business units in providing solutions on different HR matters
  • Handle end to end recruitment & selection activities for both back office and front line operations
  • Liaise closely with business leaders and team managers on developing HR strategy and implement HR programs coping with their business growth
  • Handle staff enquiries of various HR matters and provide effective solutions
  • Consolidate HR data and conduct in-depth analysis in preparing relevant HR reports and presentations
  • Deploy and implement different HR projects / programs initiated by headquarter

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience gained from the retail industries
  • Solid experience in liaising with stakeholders from both corporate functions and front line operations
  • Effective communication and excellent presentation skills
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English
