Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end to end recruitment & selection activities, as well as planning and organizing any employer branding programs to attract high talents
  • Provide HR advisory services to the business operation and handle different staff enquiries
  • Liaise closely with business leaders and senior management on various talent management programs
  • Facilitate talent discussion, assess and identify high potentials, plan and manage their development program and career growth within the company.
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR Tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of solid HR experience gained from MNC or sizable organizations
  • Experience participating in talent management programs
  • Familiar in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
