Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full range of recruitment & selection activities
  • Participate in the manpower planning and headcount budgeting process
  • Review and develop the HR policies and procedures in order to enhance the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare HR-related reports on regular basis
  • Assist the development of various talent acquisition strategies
  • Execute any ad hoc HR tasks as required


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
  • Minimum 12 years' working experience in the human resources area, of which at least 3 years in managerial position
  • Hands-on experience in handling end to end recruitment & selection tasks
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized and systematic calibre with strong analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Excellent command in written Chinese and English
