Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the entire HR functions, as well as offering sound HR advice in line with business goals and needs
  • Oversee a broad range of HR activities including recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning & development, employee relations and HR re-engineering
  • Work closely with senior management and head of business units to identify business needs to enhance employee capability and productivity
  • Responsible to review, develop and implement APAC HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labour law and corporate standard

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years of HR experience
  • Independent, strong influencing and relationship building skills to engage senior management and overseas counterparts
  • Knowledge of HK employment ordinance
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese
