Responsibilities

  • Be a global strategic HR advisor to senior management across HK and Overseas operation
  • Liaise with business leaders and execute different HR strategic planning on manpower planning, organization design, performance management, succession planning, etc.
  • Work closely with HR counterparts and ensure smooth and accurate HR operations
  • Handle staff enquiries and provide professional HR solution and advice
  • Review and develop HR policy and procedure in HK and overseas to ensure its compliance with local regulations
  • Participate in various HR projects as required

Requirements

  • Degree holder of Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience in the HR field, preferably gained from Chinese based companies
  • Experience as a HR advisor to senior management on HR strategic planning
  • Hands-on experience in full range of HR tasks and activities
  • Effective communication skills and cultural sensitivity
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written Mandarin / Chinese and English
