Responsibilities

  • Be the strategic advisor to senior management and stakeholders on HR strategic planning and initiatives
  • Lead a small team in providing full range of staffing services to designated business units
  • Organize staff engagement and employee relations programs
  • Lead annual HR practice, coordinate with HR Center of Excellence and external vendors on salary benchmarking and review exercise
  • Partner with OD specialist team on driving changes and transformation to enhance HR effectiveness
  • Participate in ad hoc tasks and activities as required

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of solid HR experience in Business Partnering / Account Servicing, of which at least 3 years at managerial level
  • Proven track record of being a HR strategic advisor with change management and business expansion
  • Hands-on experience in full spectrum of HR tasks especially in Recruitment & Selection & Staffing Services
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to work independently
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
