Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team in providing full spectrum of HR services to designated business units
  • Act as the strategic business partner on providing HR advisory services to business leaders and senior managements
  • Partner with CoE teams to ensure a smooth and accurate HR operations on daily basis
  • Drive talent acquisition strategy to attract the very right talents in the market and handle end to end recruitment & selection tasks for critical and senior hiring
  • Guide line managers on performance management cycle and conduct salary review and job grading exercises accordingly
  • Prepare different HR reports such as costing & budgeting, manpower planning, etc. for management review

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or other business-related disciplines
  • A minimum of 10 years of solid experience being a HR business partner from sizable corporations
  • HR experience gained from property & construction, and engineering industries is highly preferable
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Strong business acumen with effective interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office and HRIS Systems
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
