Our client is a European FMCG Co. with strong global existence. To cope with their growth in Hong Kong, they are now looking for an experienced HR caliber to join them

Responsibilities:

  • Be the HR Leader for the Hong Kong Operation and provide full range of HR services in effective and professional manner
  • Act as the strategic advisor to senior managements and key stakeholders on driving different HR initiatives coping with the growth of business
  • Review and develop the HR policy and procedure, revamp the workflow to ensure a more efficient HR operations on daily basis
  • Liaise closely with the Global HR team in Europe headquarter on implementing global HR strategies in Hong Kong
  • Lead the HK HR team on the development and implementation of HR projects

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 12 years of HR experience gained from multinational companies
  • Solid HR experience gained from the FMCG or Food Production industries is highly preferred
  • Successful track record being a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders
  • Strong business acumen with strategic mindset
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications and HRIS
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
