Responsibilities

  • Be the subject expert in the compensation & benefits area and providing strategic advisory services to the business leaders and senior management
  • Oversee daily C&B matters to ensure an accurate and effective HR operations on daily basis
  • Conduct regular annual HR exercises on salary benchmarking and survey, tax reporting, pay review, bonus and merit pay-out, etc.
  • Be the focal point of contact of employee on C&B related enquiries
  • Organize employee relations and staff engagement events and activities
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder of Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 10 years' solid HR experience gained from the financial and banking industry
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office and HRIS System
  • Independent, well-organized and ability in handling multi-tasks
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
