Responsibilities

  • Be the project champion of HRIS implementation projects and enhancement programs
  • Partner with HR Operation team to ensure the HR work-flow are effectively process on the HR system
  • Lead the HRIS team to maintain the data on the HR system to ensure its accuracy
  • Enhance the existing module of the HR system to improve the effectiveness of HR operation
  • Handle enquiries on the HRIS system from user and provide effective solution
  • Liaise with vendor and IT department across the region on implementation of new modules

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder of Human Resources Management / IT or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 10-year HR experience focus in HRIS area, preferably gained from the Banking & FI or Pro Firm sectors
  • High proficiency in SAP HRIS System and MS Excel
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented with excellent project management skills
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Good Command in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
