Responsibilities

  • Lead one subordinate and responsible for full range of HR tasks and activities for both back office and front-line operations
  • Act as the HR Strategic Advisor to department heads and line managers on HR strategic planning such as manpower planning, performance management and career development
  • Be the focal point contact for HR enquiries and provide professional HR advice and solutions
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and enhance staff communications across different levels via innovative and effective channels
  • Review and develop HR policy to ensure its compliance with regulations across the region
  • Participate in any HR ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • Degree holder of Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years solid HR experience preferably gained from the luxury retail sector
  • Hands-on experience on all rounded HR tasks and activities
  • Strategic mindset with effective interpersonal skills
  • High proficient computers skills in MS Office and HRIS Systems
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
