Responsibilities

  • Be the project champion of organization design and development project to enhance the HR effectiveness
  • Review and analyse HR policy and procedures, and recommend workflow streamline and process improvement
  • As an internal consultant to provide strategic advice and guideline to business leaders and department heads on organization development and departmental restructure programs
  • Conduct HR data analysis and ensure its accuracy with HR System and Power BI tools and apps
  • Engage with external consultants on driving change management programs
  • Participate in any ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience, of which a focus in the area of organization development
  • Successful track record in handling OD and restructuring programs for sizable organizations
  • Excellent consultative skills with strategic mindset
  • Strong numerical sense and analytics skills
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • High proficiency computer skills in MS Office, HR System and Power BI tools / apps
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
