Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for different employee engagement and staff communication programs
  • Source and partner with vendors on the design and implementation of engagement survey across different departments and business units
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the survey result, design and execute action plans accordingly
  • Organize and coordinate different kinds of staff activities and team building programs
  • Enhance the internal communication channel among different levels of employees to ensure corporate value are disseminated across the whole organization
  • Assist the HR Head on different change management and culture transformation projects

Requirements:

  • Solid HR experience gained from sizable organization with a focus in employee engagement, staff communication and change management
  • Hands-on experience in organizing large scale of staff events and activities
  • Project management experience with strong analytical skills is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and effective interpersonal skills
  • Independent, Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
