Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute talent acquisition strategies and develop innovate new recruitment channels on attracting candidates of good quality
  • Refine the hiring and selection process to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency on acquiring talents from the market
  • Lead the team to execute efficient recruiment & selection activities for vacancies across back office and front line operations
  • Review and develop the mass recruitment campaigns/ programs, enhance the effectiveness on acquiring talents in the market
  • Formulate and organize employer branding and campus recruitment programs to ensure the employer-brand awareness in the talent market

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years' HR experience of which a focus in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, gaining from sizable organizations
  • Degree holders of Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Successful track record on deploying talent acquisition strategies and refining the recruitment process and framework
  • Hands-on experience in executing different mass recruitment programs
  • Innovative and open to changes and new ideas
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office and e-recruitment systems
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
