Responsibilities:




  • As a generalist role to provide all-round HR support to office and retail staffs.
  • Support in handling all recruitment activities, on-board and off-board arrangement, and work permit application.
  • Assist in processing monthly payroll, payments, taxation, pension, insurance and benefits administration.
  • Participate in C&B projects including retail commission scheme review, annual performance & salary review, staff cost budget forecast, salary survey, etc.
  • Update and maintain personnel records in HR system.
  • Support various HR projects as assigned.

Requirements :




  • University graduate in Business Administration, HRM or related disciplines.
  • At least 1 year of HR generalist experience in Retail / FMCG industry.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, flexible, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and manage multi-task to meet deadlines.
  • Well versed in written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin.
