Our client is a well-established conglomerate with stable business growth in Hong Kong and worldwide. To cope with their expansion, they are now looking for a high HR caliber to join their corporate HR team in Hong Kong

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing full range of HR services to designated business units at the corporate office
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment & selection activities and organize different talent acquisition programs
  • Handle staff enquiries and provide professional HR advice and solutions
  • Maintain HR data and prepare relevant HR reports on regular basis
  • Coordinate CSR and Employee Relations activities
  • Review and develop HR policies and procedures
  • Participate in ad hoc HR tasks and projects as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of solid HR experience gained from sizable organizations
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment tasks
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
