Responsibilities

  • Work with a sizable team to provide administrative support from hiring, onboarding, internal movement, performance management, annual review process to offboarding
  • Input data onto the system and ensure data are up-to-date
  • Assist to prepare PowerPoint, charts and reports when needed
  • Handle adhoc requests as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experiences in HR admin supporting role, ideally from financial institution
  • Proficient in MS office & Chinese word processing
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Workday experience is an advantage
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
