Responsibilities:

· Support in end to end employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, people development etc

· Perform HR administrative support to ensure an effective and efficient daily HR operation

· Maintain and manage HR records and employee databases

· Assist in handling staff enquiries and provide professional HR solutions

· Assist the Executive HR Director on management meetings; prepare relevant documentation such as meeting minutes, power point and different reports

· Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / HR Management or related disciplines

· Minimum of 2 - 4 years of Secretary or HR admin experience gained from sizeable companies

· Details minded and being able to work under pressure

· Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint

· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
