Responsibilities:

  • Perform as a professional business partner coving full spectrum of employment lifecycle for designated business units in US, UK & China.
  • Responsible for full range of HR tasks across China, US and UK
  • Communicate with internal & external parties to ensure an effective HR operation
  • Be involved in payroll processing for overseas operations
  • Consolidate and prepare HR reports and analysis for management review
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 4 years of solid HR experience in well-established companies
  • Regional or PRC experience would be an advantage
  • Good communication skill and being able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good command both spoken and written Chinese, English & Mandarin
