Responsibilities:
- Perform as a professional business partner coving full spectrum of employment lifecycle for designated business units in US, UK & China.
- Responsible for full range of HR tasks across China, US and UK
- Communicate with internal & external parties to ensure an effective HR operation
- Be involved in payroll processing for overseas operations
- Consolidate and prepare HR reports and analysis for management review
- Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum of 4 years of solid HR experience in well-established companies
- Regional or PRC experience would be an advantage
- Good communication skill and being able to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good command both spoken and written Chinese, English & Mandarin
