Responsibilities:

  • Take lead in implementing employee communication programs to strengthen the relationship between different stakeholders across the business
  • Execute employee engagement programs to drive morale and help build a strong corporate culture
  • Develop and enhance employer branding strategy to attract, recruit top talent and be an employer of choice in the market place
  • Act as chief editor and source vendors for various publications and materials including staff magazine, staff e-newsletter, annual review etc.
  • In charge of wellness programs and collaborate with various function of HR team to create the best experience for internal staff

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HRM/ Communications/ Journalism or related disciplines, minimum 4 years of relevant experience gained from sizable firms
  • Self-motivated, proactive and a team player with a can-do attitude
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to establish effective relationships with different stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
