Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of payroll administration and the calculation on a timely manner
  • Administer various C&B matters e.g. leave management, employees' benefits, insurance and MPF enrolment
  • Prepare employment documentation (reference check, employment contract, promotion letters, etc.) and support on/off boarding process'
  • Coordinate with PRC office on various HR issues
  • Prepare HR-related statics and reports on a regular basis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, at least 3 years of relevant experience gained from corporations with experience working on PRC HR matters
  • A team player who is flexible and detail-minded
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel: mail merge and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
