Responsibilities:

· Assist in full range of C&B tasks such as payroll processing, benefits and pensions registration, tax filing administration, annual review and renewal, etc.

· Consolidate variables of monthly payroll, such as over-time compensation, leaves record, salary adjustment, final payment etc.

· Generate HR data and prepare different HR reports for management review on regular basis

· Assist in annual C&B practice of salary review, bonus payout, benchmark and survey, etc.

· Maintain and ensure HR data on the HRIS system

· Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

· Minimum of 2 years of solid HR experience focus in C&B area from sizable companies.

· Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance

· Detail-minded, independent and being able to work under pressure

· Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint

· Good command both spoken and written Chinese & English
