Responsibilities:

  • Provide support on full recruitment cycle across all level of positions from posting advertisments on job boards, screening CVs to arranging interviews and tests
  • Handle all necessary documents related to employment
  • As contact person for answering the internal and external enquiries
  • Provide administrative support to the team

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified, with minimum 1 year of recruitment experience preferably gained from Financial Services
  • Attentive to details, strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment with high volume assignments
  • Effective communication skills in English and ideally Cantonese
