Responsibilities:

  • Act as one of the key drivers of C&B matters (payroll, benefits operations, MPF enrollemnt etc.)
  • Assist in formulating and implementing C&B programs including but not limited to annual salary review, incentive and retirement schemes, insurance plans, budget planning
  • Work closely with supporting departments in establishing and enhancing HR systems and procedures
  • Manage and executive ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree Holder or higher education with at least 3 years of experience in handling C&B matters
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Attentive to details, good with numbers and administrative work
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and HRIS application
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
