Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing full recruitment cycle across all level of positions and provide substantial support to HR Manager
- Identify, evaluate and select effective sourcing channels in order to meet business needs
- Work closely with line managers to understand staffing needs and selection criteria
- Build rapport with frontline staff and to understand the hiring needs
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with 2 years of recruitment experience gained from MNC/ retail industry
- Creative and resourceful, demonstrated ability to develop sourcing strategies for various roles
- Proactive and result-oriented; willing to take up challenges
- Effective communication skills in English and Cantonese
