Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing full recruitment cycle across all level of positions and provide substantial support to HR Manager
  • Identify, evaluate and select effective sourcing channels in order to meet business needs
  • Work closely with line managers to understand staffing needs and selection criteria
  • Build rapport with frontline staff and to understand the hiring needs

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified with 2 years of recruitment experience gained from MNC/ retail industry
  • Creative and resourceful, demonstrated ability to develop sourcing strategies for various roles
  • Proactive and result-oriented; willing to take up challenges
  • Effective communication skills in English and Cantonese
