Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, staff event, employer's branding and other related HR matters
- Handle end to end recruitment and selection activities for general staff and provide assistance to manager on hiring of senior executives
- Provide professional HR advice to different departments to address business needs and align with the company goals
- Participate in HR projects including performance review, appraisals, manpower planning, etc..
- Handle ad-hoc projects as and when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 4 years of solid HR experience in sizable companies/ less than 4 years will be consider as Human Resources officer
- Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
- Self-motivated, detail minded and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HRIS systems
- Good command both spoken and written Chinese & English
