Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, staff event, employer's branding and other related HR matters
  • Handle end to end recruitment and selection activities for general staff and provide assistance to manager on hiring of senior executives
  • Provide professional HR advice to different departments to address business needs and align with the company goals
  • Participate in HR projects including performance review, appraisals, manpower planning, etc..
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as and when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years of solid HR experience in sizable companies/ less than 4 years will be consider as Human Resources officer
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Self-motivated, detail minded and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HRIS systems
  • Good command both spoken and written Chinese & English
