Responsibilities

  • Be the subject matter expert and manage end to end payroll processing
  • Liaise with departments responsible on the consolidation of variable pay to process the monthly payroll
  • Handle payroll and benefits related enquiries from all levels of employees and provide professional and effective HR solutions
  • Maintain the HR data on HRIS system to ensure the accuracy, and generate payroll related reports on regular basis
  • Participate in different HR projects including HRIS enhancement, process integration from M&A, etc.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 4 yeears of hands-on experinece in HR Payroll proccessing with regional / global exposure
  • China / Regional payroll processing experience would be a definite advantage
  • Strong numerical and data accuracy sense
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office especially MS Excel, and HRIS systems
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
