Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full range of C&B operational tasks to ensure smooth and effective HR operation on daily basis
  • Process monthly payroll for both back office and front line operations in accuracy and timely manner
  • Administer pensions and benefits scheme and conduct annual review and renewal
  • Consolidate HR data and prepare different reports for management review
  • Conduct HR costing and budgeting analysis on regular basis
  • Maintain and enhance the HRIS System
  • Participate in different HR projects as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder of Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years' solid HR experience of which a focus in C&B and HR operations
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Strong numerical sense with excellent analytical skills
  • High proficient computers skills in MS Office and HRIS Systems
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
