Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of HR operations support and act as the point of contact for all HR-related inquiries
  • Administer various C&B matters e.g. leave management, employees' benefits, insurance and MPF enrolment
  • Prepare employment documentation (reference check, employment contract, promotion letters, etc.) and support on/off boarding process'
  • Handle office administration duties such as office supplies ordering, office maintenance, new office set up etc.
  • Prepare HR-related statics and reports on a regular basis

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent, 5 years of experience as a HR Generalist. Start up experience is an advantage
  • A team player who is flexible and detail-minded
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability highly preferred
