Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with senior management on driving initiatives of HR process and procedures digitalization
  • Being the Project Manager of HR System implementation and responsible for managing the project timelines and budgets
  • Partner with vendor and IT team to ensure a smooth and efficient transition process during the system migration
  • Assign phases of the system implementation by different HR modules of the HR system
  • Provide guidance and coaching to users of the system to ensure maximising the usage of the new system

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Information Technology, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in HR or IT, of which a focus in managing HR systems
  • Successful track record of leading HR System implementation / migration projects
  • Familiar with well-known HR systems preferably in Workday, SAP and Oracle
  • Tech-savvy and excellent project management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
