Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of HR services to designated business units across the region
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment & selection activities
  • Liaise with business units' heads and directors on strategic HR advice of Manpower Planning, Performance Management, People Development, etc.
  • Handle staff enquiries and provide professional HR solutions
  • Manage different HR projects across the region to cope with the corporate strategies and the change of business
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of solid HR experience as a HR Business Partner or in the area of Account Servicing
  • Hands-on experience in different HR tasks especially in recruitment & selection and handling staff enquiries
  • Successful track record on leading or participating in large scale of HR projects
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, with knowledge in overseas labour law an advantage
  • Excellent project handling experience in managing project budgets and timeline
  • Efficient communication and effective interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
