Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Managing Director and act as a business partner to provide a wide range of HR services including staffing, retention, C&B, performance management and employee relations for Hong Kong and overseas emerging offices
  • Manage full recruitment cycle for frontline and corporate office position
  • Work on various annual exercises including salary review, incentive scheme review, performance appraisal, employee survey, etc.
  • Provide coaching and advisory service to line managers on people management issues

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HRM, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • At least 3 - 5 years of HR experience gained from retail sector
  • Candidates with experiences from MNCs and engaging frontline staff is a definite advantage
  • Energetic and proactive; able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
