Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of Business Partner to provide sound HR consultative service in areas such as talent acquisition and development, performance management, employee relations and succession planning
  • Facilitate full employee life cycle from recruitment and selection, on-boarding and development to off boarding
  • Engage business leaders to understand business needs and offer HR-related advices which improve staff performance and morale
  • Organize staff activities to foster a positive work environment and a high level of employee engagement

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR/ Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience gained from Financial Services industry
  • Team-oriented, attentive to details, good at administrative work
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)and English
