Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for development, implementation and administration of HR system and enhancement projects
  • Parter closely with different parties to collect input and understand business needs in improving effectiveness and usage of HR system
  • Liaise with IT team and external vendor on project design and delivery
  • Conduct regular review and analyse data from system to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with HR team to review and streamline the department's SOP
  • Provide training and end user support to HR staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in HR Management/BBA/Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in HRIS project management
  • Hands-on experience in SAP implementation or process reengineering
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
