Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development, implementation and administration of HR system and enhancement projects
- Parter closely with different parties to collect input and understand business needs in improving effectiveness and usage of HR system
- Liaise with IT team and external vendor on project design and delivery
- Conduct regular review and analyse data from system to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with HR team to review and streamline the department's SOP
- Provide training and end user support to HR staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in HR Management/BBA/Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in HRIS project management
- Hands-on experience in SAP implementation or process reengineering
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
