Our client is a sizable FMCG group with stable business growth in recent years. To cope with their expansion, they are now looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their corporate HR Team

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team and ensure benefit administrative and data entry tasks are in accuracy and timely manner
  • Liaise with service providers on the review and renewal of the corporate benefits programs and insurance schemes
  • Drive and development projects on workflow streamlining and process improvement in the C&B area
  • Being a member of the employee's well-being committee to coordinate and organize different recreational programs and staff activities
  • Coordinate engagement survey and conduct analysis of the result to propose relevant action plan
  • Lead and participate in any HR projects as required by the Head of HR

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
  • Minimum of 10 years of solid HR experience of which a focus in the compensation & benefits area
  • Proven track record in organizing large scale of employee relations programs and events
  • Strong numerical sense with excellent analytical skills
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications and HRIS Systems
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
