Our client is a Listed Co. and one of the market leaders within its sector. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a seasoned HR caliber to join them

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team in providing full range of HR operational services to the business units in Hong Kong
  • Be the HR advisor to department heads and senior management on driving various HR strategies in the area of talent acquisition, people development, rewards management, etc.
  • Guide line managers on the process of performance management and employee relations
  • Coordinate with HR counterparts across APAC, consolidate data and prepare different HR reports accordingly
  • Participate in different HR projects such as HRIS enhancement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • A minimum of 12 years of solid HR experience of which at least 4 years at supervisory level
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
