Responsibilities

  • Monitor Back Of House stock situation, work with sales team to do necessary replenishment
  • Prevent Stock Lost or stock damage and ensure Operation efficiency
  • Ensure Operation efficiency and product flow are followed the Company regulations
  • Manage defective items and responsible for the local damage cost control
  • Works closely with retail team members on after sales service
  • Act as an internal auditor to manage the daily routine spot check for maintaining the standard of housekeeping, regular stock take investigations, make sure tasks are finished on time and the procedures are well-managed
  • Works closely with Boutique Manager to ensure that all company policy/procedure in store are followed
  • Respeonsible for manpower planning
  • Lead the BOH team including Cashier, Store Administrator, Stock Assistant, Shop Attendants, Part-timers to cover all BOH functions and achieve Boutique business goals and objectives
  • Manage the work schedule, grooming and job duties delegation for all the BOH staff and Part-timers in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Support sales team on all different reporting and analysis
  • Support the shop on all ad hoc back office tasks
  • Works closely with Boutique Manager to ensure that all company policy/procedure in store are followed
  • Identify the system weakness of boutique and advise plan of improvement
  • Regular reporting to management and ensure information is well transmitted to related parties
  • Ensure boutique maintenance is up to standard, deal efficiently and closely monitor to the work performance of external vendors (including IT support/supplies)

Requirement:

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years at supervisory level in the luxury retail industry
  • Detail-minded
  • Motivated to learn and to improve.
  • Proactive, self-initiated, detail minded, creative, good team player, good communication skill.
  • Flexible, good common sense and good problem solving skill.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English, Cantonese
  • Familiar in computer operation with very good knowledge on usage of excel.
