Job description:

  • Develop and articulate value-adding recommendations which can effectively mitigate the identified risk
  • Supervise/review the work of team members to ensure the quality of Finance Control and Compliance work
  • Prepare Finance control and compliance reports, present findings/root causes and recommend appropriate corrective actions to improve operations, enhance internal controls and reduce controls risks and cost to management
  • Monitor and perform follow-up reviews to ensure appropriate corrective actions on control and compliance findings have been implemented

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with managerial experience preferably within real estate industry or property management experience
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and good presentation skills with strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
  • Meticulous and resourceful with high level of commitment and initiative
  • Occasional travel is required
