Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing the processing function for all aspects of Hong Kong stamp duty and regulatory reporting
  • Analysis of tax related exception reports, investigation around breaks, and identifying the root causes
  • Provide tax related operational support in response and queries coming from the business or clients to Asian transaction taxes including securities transaction taxes, withholding taxes and etc.
  • Develop knowledge in taxation requirements, process and systems for several Asian operational transaction procedures


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in an Operations role with good understanding in Equities, Fixed Income, Listed and OTC Derivatives
  • Previous experience in dealing with HK Stamp duty and other Asia Operational Tax
  • Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese
