Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and negotiate ISDA agreements
  • Assist sales and trading desks to draft the term sheets for derivatives structured products
  • Prepare and negotiate global master repurchase agreements
  • Negotiate and prepare other trading documentations as needed
  • Coordinate pricing supplement for product and review of confirmation for OTC products
  • Liaise with clients, business units and external legal counsel within the firm through the whole negotiation process
  • Be actively involved in industry work group calls and global team project on initiatives
  • Assist in the development of policies, procedures, and systems


Requirements:

  • Law graduate with experience in Investment Bank ISDA/master agreement negotiations. Legal qualification is highly advantageous.
  • Solid quantitative skills and interest in business, economics
  • Detailed oriented with good communication and leadership skills preferred
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English with Mandarin being a plus
