Responsibilities:

  • Manage a regional team and work closely with the team on APAC projects and support cloud-based systems.

  • Responsible for coordinating and managining cloud integration projects.

  • Manage IT service activities to ensure that meet the agreed SLA and adhere to operations process to minimize risk of unplanned service interruption and the implementation of best practices.

  • Collaborate with IT team to provide technical expertise in various support issue.

  • Provide trainings and guidelines for external end-uers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, in which 3-5 years of supervisory or team leading experience, preferrably with healthcare industry domain.

  • Proven track record in cloud-based solutions, MS Azure is a plus.

  • Proficent language and communication skills, fluency in English is a must.

  • With a strong customer mindset and prior customer facing experience.
