To cope with business expansion, our client is looking for key account maangers and business development managers to join the team.


  • Cover a portfolio of key accounts including multinationals/conglomerate and Hong Kong/Asia listed companies across various sectors, e.g. Financial, Real Estate and Consumer Discretionary, Industrial, Technology, etc.
  • Elevate, deepen and broaden senior/executive level relationships within the dedicated portfolios with focus on leveraging those relationship to help client's business expansion.
  • Partner with company's subject matter experts and product management team to analyse and consolidate the market information, trend, client feedbacks, product gaps and business needs.
  • Bring the very best of company's wide-ranging services to the key account portfolio.
  • Lead client pitches and contract negotiation including contract renewals of long-term engagements.
  • Lead and execute key business development initiatives (such as new products, new features). Socialize ideas with key internal stakeholders. Convert global strategy/initiatives to regional business cases and sales materials/collateral.


  • Bachelor's degree holder with minimum of 5+ years relevant experience; previous experience at Big 4 / professional services firms will be an advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales target in previous roles
  • Able to facilitate technical conversations with client
  • Established business network
  • Experience in leading sophisticated multi-jurisdictional deals involving multiple business lines
  • Excellent communication skills with C-Suites
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and other Asian language will be an advantage
