Responsibilities:

  • Review and develop the L&D strategies and implement different learning programs across the region
  • Liaise with Directors and department heads on training needs analysis, design programs to cope with the company's strategic direction
  • Formulating talent management frameworks and execute different programs and projects such as Succession Planning, Executive Trainee Programs, High Potential Development Programs, etc.
  • Liaise with executive directors and senior management on the talent management initiatives and strategies coping with the business growth
  • Develop and maintain a long-term partnership with external vendor of good quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 years of solid HR / L&D / Talent Management experience gained from sizable corporations
  • Successful track record on revamp / setup of L&D or Talent Management frameworks
  • Independent, hands-on and able to multi-tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office and tech-savvy in eLearning trends
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
